This will automatically add the sweatshirt to your shopping basket and redirect you to it. You can then finalize your pre-order from your basket or continue your visit to the site.
HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
Zizou is guaranteed for life.
If you encounter a problem that is not related to its normal use, such as a tear or a problem with the zip, simply fill in the online returns form and send the jacket back to us at your expense.
We'll send you a brand-new one at our expense.
If the jacket is no longer available, you can choose an equivalent on our site.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
If you pre-order, between March 1 and April 18, 2024,
Zizou will be delivered to your door on April 22, 2024.
For all orders placed after these dates, you will be delivered within 72 hours of your order.

You can request a size exchange or refund.
Size exchanges and refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
