The parcel arrived in 48h with a very nice handwritten note, careful packaging and I was able to follow it all the way. The sweater is very comfortable, I was expecting something thicker, but when I wore it, it was plenty warm enough, and it washes very well (so far after 4 washes). I took a size S according to the size guide, one size down from the M I usually take (1m 65), the fit is great.
