Returns and delivery

• Free delivery in mainland France for orders over €75.

• Everyone has the right to change their mind. You have 14 days to return your Sesame. You can choose between an exchange or a refund. For orders placed between November 15 and December 31 of each year, you have until January 10 of the following year to exchange your size.. Refunds during this period are subject to the 14-day return policy.
• Only clothes purchased on our website can be exchanged.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning your Sesame for exchange. We will cover the cost of the new shipment.

• It is important that you keep the tracking number of your return. We are not responsible for delivery to our address.

• The garment to be exchanged must not have been washed, stained or wrinkled. If these conditions are met, the requested size will be shipped within 3 days.

• We close from August 1st to 15th each year, so any orders placed during this period will be processed from August 16th. Sorry for the delay!
