What is the shipping and returns policy?
Shipping is free for orders over 75 euros. Otherwise, they cost between 2.90 and 6.90 euros for mainland France, and vary for international destinations.
You are responsible for the cost of exchanging your Sesame : the cost of reshipping the right size is free of charge.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
We prepare orders within 24 hours. It then takes the letter carrier an average of 48 hours to transport your package to your home, or around 72 hours to receive your parcel for orders within mainland France. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.
For European orders, please allow a dozen days for delivery, and a fortnight for international orders.
- How do these [ great ] clothes fit?
The easiest way to choose the right size is to visit our sizing guide, where you'll find all our advice.
Maison FT garments are cut very slightly large. This avoids unpleasant surprises such as "ah heck, that T-shirt was fine, but it's missing a few centimeters". In short, we prefer to cut a little big.
The cut of our clothes is close to the body without being too tight. In good English, we call this a Fit cut [ not to be confused with Slimfit, very close to the body ].
- Can I find a coupon code somewhere?
You're just like everyone else, and a little promo code at checkout is always appreciated. With reasonable prices all year round, our promo code policy is well-defined: they are single-use and generally linked to a specific person. They are created, for example, to thank our great benefactors for their loyalty or during special operations. - Is my payment really secure?
The whole site is secure: you can see the site name starting with HTTPS and a little padlock next to it. This guarantees that your data is well protected and that you are on a safe site.
Payment is carried out and secured by Stripe, a leading company in this field. It has been commissioned by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal to secure transactions in the four corners of the globe. [ Incidentally, it's astonishing that a planet - round, by the way - should have corners, but that's getting a bit off topic ... ]
